Inside this plan, you will find 12 workouts made to test your strength and cardio. 

The 12 x 12 cardio plan is 12 minutes of cardio and toning exercises for 12 days with two days of rest. This circuit is made to be repeated every 2 weeks.

This plan is made for an at home/outdoor workout. Minimal to NO equipment is needed. Recommend for any one wanting to tone up, and loose weight.

Make sure you put everything you have into each workout, 12 minutes.
